To give brilliant client support to clients and to speed up KFC items in a proficient, well disposed and respectful way while keeping a perfect and clean workspace Approach and treat the client in polite, cordial and productive way as set out the Service Section of the KFC guidelines

Work Responsibilities:
• Keep the Customer Service Area and Front Counter spotless and clean
• Plan items utilizing endorsed KFC principles methods
• Screen item quality by checking and following up on termination dates and times for items
• Perform different obligations occasionally as mentioned by the Restaurant General Manager/Assistant Manager/Shift Supervisor
• Guarantee the right utilization of item holding hardware in regard of holding times and temperatures
• Stick to Yum’s way of life standards
• Manage client grumblings according to KFC methodology and carry any client objections to the director’s consideration
• Follow all money dealing with systems according to Company Standards
• Be fixated on client care and guarantee consumer loyalty on each shift

Work Requirements:
• Conversant in english
• In Possession of Matric Certificate
• Relational abilities
• Fundamental PC education
• Solid critical thinking abilities
